Do I have to purchase a Shopify Plan right now?
No, I can develop it in a development store and transfer the store ownership to you when it's all ready so that you don't spend money before you are ready to sell!
Do you provide the paid theme for the Premium Gig?
No, I discuss with you about your needs to suggest the best premium theme so that you we choose the right one. Then after purchasing you provide me the premium theme.
What are revisions?
Revisions are usually a set of amendments that you think needs to be done on top of the initial draft that is prepared, this could be used for improvisation of the concept that you thought of implementing or to emphasize on certain elements that are missed out of the initial draft
Can you work on an existing site?
Yes, You can use this Gig for a complete Shopify store overhaul.
Do you design banners and graphics?
No, I'll either use stock images and graphics or those will be provided by you but I can guide you to the right direct if needed.
Do you deliver the Figma / Photoshop file for the design?
No... I do the layout design directly or send you sample websites to choose from or if you want figma design then there will be additional costs.
Do you provide instructions on managing the website after you are done?
Yes... We will join in a meeting so that I can guide you. I can provide you with videos explaining how to manage the site to help you manage your store or design after I am done and also can provide instructions on chat as needed.
Do you provide maintenance and support services?
7 Days of FREE support with the project. Upon completion, you can choose to go for a fixed price package per month or on pay as you go basis.
