About this gig

Have an existing house plan that looks fine on paper, but you're wondering if something is missing, unclear, or inconsistent before moving forward?

I help you to review and redraw architectural, MEP, and house plans for renovations, remodeling, additions, and permit preparation.

I can help with:

  • Reviewing existing architectural & MEP drawings
  • Redrawing outdated, unclear, or hand drawn plans
  • Checking for layout and drawing inconsistencies
  • Updating floor plans, elevations, and related details
  • Organizing drawings for permit submission
  • Preparing drawings for review by a local architect or engineer when required

Whether you are working on a home renovation, addition, remodel, or other residential project, simply send your existing plans, sketches, PDFs, or requirements.

I will turn what you already have into clear, organized, and easy to review drawings that help you move your project forward with greater confidence.
