Your n8n workflow ran fine for three weeks and now it fails silently at 2am. No error email, no data, and you find out when someone asks where the report went.
I fix that. Send me the workflow JSON or screen access and I will tell you what is actually breaking before you pay for a rebuild.
Common causes I see: expired OAuth credentials, a webhook that answers too slowly and times out, pagination that stops at page one, an API that started rate limiting you, or a node that assumes an array and receives a single object.
What you get back: the workflow running, a short written explanation of the root cause in plain language, and an error branch so the next failure sends you a message instead of disappearing.
Scope I work in: n8n cloud and self-hosted, HTTP Request nodes, webhooks, Shopify, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Gmail, Stripe, Postgres, OpenAI nodes and custom Code nodes in JavaScript.
I test with your real data on a duplicated workflow, so nothing runs against production until you approve it.
If the diagnosis shows the workflow needs rebuilding rather than repairing, I will say so and quote it separately instead of billing repair time for a rewrite.

Can you diagnose it without access to my n8n instance?
Yes. Export the workflow as JSON and paste the failing execution log. That is usually enough for me to identify the root cause and confirm scope before you order. I only need instance access when the fix requires changing credentials or environment settings.
What if the problem turns out to be in the third-party app and not in n8n?
You provide direct workflow diagnosis, reachable fixes, and documented steps for third-party systems, so you only pay for actionable repairs, not platform limitations.
Do you need my API keys or admin passwords?
No. I work inside your n8n credential store or on a sandbox instance with test credentials you control. If you prefer, add me as a limited user and remove access when the order closes. Never send secrets in chat.
What counts as a revision and what counts as a new request?
A revision is fixing something inside the scope we agreed, including anything I broke. A new request is adding a step, a platform or a data field that was not in the original workflow. New requests are quoted separately, usually as a small custom offer, so the original order can close on time.
Do you work with self-hosted n8n, and will you change my server?
Yes to self-hosted, including Docker and n8n on a VPS. I do not modify server infrastructure, upgrade versions or touch other applications on that machine without written approval in the order chat, because that is how outages happen.
