How will you connect to my computer?
I will ask you to download AnyDesk or TeamViewer, whatever is more comfortable to you. When you will place the order we will discuss a suitable time for both and make a connection.
Is it safe? Will I lose any of my personal files?
Yes, it is 100% safe. The optimization only affects Windows system settings, background services, and bloatware. Your personal files, photos, and games will not be touched. Plus, I always create a System Restore Point before starting.
Do I need to sit and watch the process?
You don't have to, but you can! You will see every mouse movement and action I take on your screen in real-time, so you have full control and visibility over what is being done.
