Here are the steps to complete your Basic package project:

Initial Phase - Preparation This phase is mostly about communication. The focus is to get information from the client about the project goals and software requirement specification.

Initial Phase - Discovery This phase ensures that I am on the same page with the client. I will present a product roadmap and work breakdown structure (product backlog) to the client for discussion and approvals.

Actual Software Development I follow agile methodologies for development. This will involve short iterative implementation of key features with demos done for client feedback. The feedback informs if improvements are required.

Deployment This is all about release of the final product for use by the end-users or customers.

What technologies do you use?
I mainly develop the backend services using Python and Flask or Django. They allow for efficient and rapid development, code reuse and suitable for MVPs, and even fully-fledged market ready products. For development of the user interface I use HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
