About this gig

Q: Do you record on a real acoustic piano or use software?

A: It depends on the package. Basic and Standard orders use my "Hybrid" studio featuring analog synths (Juno-106, Moog Matriarch) and top-tier Native Instruments samples. If you require a Real Grand Piano, you must select the Premium Package, as this covers the cost of hiring a commercial studio.

Q: Can you recreate the "Papaoutai" piano sound?

A: Yes. I wrote the piano parts for Stromaes "Papaoutai" (1 Billion+ streams). My signature styledescribed as "percussion-heavy" with a "loop aesthetic"is exactly what I bring to these sessions.

Q: What equipment do you use?

A: My studio includes a DSI Tempest, Moog Matriarch, and Juno-106 recorded through Antelope Audio conversion. I am also an official tester for Ableton and Native Instruments, ensuring state-of-the-art sound design.

Q: Can you play complex Jazz improvisation?

A: Absolutely. I was named Australian Jazz Musician of the Year (Bells Award) and have toured globally with Woodkid and Blue Note Records.

Q: Do I get the individual stems?

A: Yes. All Standard and Premium orders include high-quality WAV stems so you can mix the keys and synths independently.
