What are STEMS?
Stems are often stereo recordings made from mixes of multiple individual tracks, such as vocals, drums, and bass. For example, a drum stem is a stereo audio file that sounds like all of the drum tracks mixed together. Stems are often broken down into four tracks: melody, instruments, bass, and drums

How can i judge the your Mix/Master or how would i judge one's MIX?!
There's no one-size-fits-all answer to mixing a song, as it's a creative process that constantly develops. Here's a helpful tip: listen closely to the final mix. Can you clearly hear each instrument? Does it fit the genre and overall vibe of the song? This isn't a hard-and-fast rule at the end :)
