I am TSU in architecture and I have 5 years of experience using Sketchup and Autocad in different projects: houses, nursing homes, schools, urban remodeling. Do you offer design advice or feedback?
As long as the client so specifies, I can give my opinion or make convenient observations about the project, as long as this does not constitute the work itself.
In what resolution do you render?
In general I work up to4K. I can render in 8K, but may require more time for delivery and extra price. I can also offer high resolution images of the model without rendering.
Can you render with other software than vray?
Currently I only render with Vray + Sketchup. As long as the model file is importable to sketchup, I can get the job done.
Is it necessary to give you the render textures?
There's no need. But if the client wants to provide me with specific textures for the render, there is no problem either.
Is 3d modeling included in the service?
The price of this gig only includes the rendering and the necessary adjustments to the model for it. But I can do modeling and rendering without problem. Contact me to discuss the project and give you an adjusted price.
