I review material inventories and construction and demolition waste (CDW/RCD) data to support deconstruction and circularity studies.

Phase 0 includes a representative sample agreed before ordering, calculation checks, data consistency and traceability review, identification of missing information, and preliminary reuse or recovery considerations.

You receive a brief technical note with findings, proposed analysis criteria, an example of results, and a scope and quotation for the complete study. One online meeting of up to 45 minutes and one clarification round are included.

The service is based on your team's surveys, spreadsheets, photographs and supporting documents. Full-building analysis, site surveys, testing and final reports are quoted separately.
