Being a certified automation and electrical engineer I have more than 7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PCB designing, AUTOCAD design and Embedded systems. I have worked with a wide range of PLC's, HMI and PLC simulators like LOGIXPRO etc.
The PLC I have worked on includes:

how do I select a PLC ?
First you need to develop an IO listing in excel sheet it will help you select the most suitable PLC based on the availability and cost.
Will this seller send me the hardware aswell ?
PLC hardware is made for industrial grade and costs more therefore it should be handled with absolute care and is not recommended for transportation.
Will you provide online discussion session for a project ?
YES, but it should be decided at the instant of order placement.
do you offer just the simulation of a ladder logic ?
Yes I can simulate it also in logix pro. it is a really small and easy simulator.
