I have been working with LearnDash since v 2.3 (2016) latest version is 2.6.4 and now feel very confident doing any kind of modification for my clients WITHOUT modifying the core files. So that future updates DO NOT overwrite the modifications. I develop custom separate plugin.
Configuring a quiz to its fullest potential using a combination of all these features can be a bit of an overwhelming & time consuming experience.
I can give you a helping hand in setting up LearnDash quizzes or provide consultancy on what are the possibilities with out of the box features and what can be custom developed.

Do LearnDash Quizzes support Latex for Math equations ?
Yes, LaTeX support is available for math equation in LearnDash.
How many questions can be added in a quiz?
As many as you like, there is no limit. But I personally suggest 50 questions are max in a quiz.
What do I need to provide before we get started?
It is recommended that you share the quizzes that you would like to add in LearnDash before you place the order. So that we can precisely estimate the work and I can ask for any other details. Like if the quizzes will have images then the images will have to be separately provided.
What if my requirements can not be achieved with LearnDash default features?
In that case, LearnDash quizzes can be customized to achieve the desired results. Example custom work could be, - Ability to retake only wrong questions. - Negative marking - Different timer for each question - Auto-approving the assignments
