What do you need before starting?
Please provide a screenshot or export of your current Zapier or Make workflow, a list of the connected apps, and a short description of the expected result. Do not include passwords, API keys, or confidential information in screenshots.
Do I need an n8n account?
Not for the initial review. To run the completed workflow, you will need either n8n Cloud or a self-hosted n8n instance. If you are unsure, I can recommend the most suitable option.
Can you migrate complex Zapier paths or Make routers?
Yes. I can rebuild filters, paths, routers, webhooks, API calls, conditional logic, and multi-step workflows. Please message me before ordering a complex migration.
Are API and third party service fees included?
No. Fees for n8n Cloud, VPS hosting, paid APIs, email or SMS providers, and other third-party services are not included unless specifically stated in a custom offer.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment to the workflow we agreed on before the order started. Adding new apps, actions, workflows, or requirements may require an extra or a custom offer.
Will my current automation stop working during the migration?
I normally rebuild and test the n8n workflow before the final switch to minimize disruption. The exact migration process depends on the connected apps and the complexity of your workflow.
Will n8n completely remove my subscription costs?
n8n can significantly reduce automation platform fees, especially when self-hosted. However, hosting and paid third-party APIs may still have separate costs.
