I am offering architectural solutions through practical and well thought out planning that works! i.e. figuring out ideal layouts for private, commercial or public spaces using the following steps:_

1) A thorough analysis of the location, bylaws and local construction materials/ methods.

2) Determining requirements or goals for the project.

3) Development of a preliminary concept to be approved and agreed upon by the owner/ builder. *Basic*

5) Revision of the final design and account for specifications like providing detailed drawings for use in construction. *Premium*

Please note that successfully completing all steps will require times of collaboration between both, the client and designer, with key professionals involved in construction of the project.

Other than planning and layout, building systems drawings include Plumbing/ Drainage plans, Landscape/ Hardscape plans, Security and Fire Safety plans as well as Electrical/ Lighting plans.
