How do I know my bug fits the Basic package?
Send me the crash log or a screen recording before you order. I will look at it for free and tell you which package it needs. If it turns out to be a one-liner, I will say so rather than sell you the big one.
What if you cannot reproduce the bug?
Then we work out together what triggers it. Device model, OS version, account state and network conditions usually explain it. If I genuinely cannot reproduce or fix it, I cancel the order and you get your money back.
Will you break something else while fixing it?
I work on a separate branch and keep changes minimal and scoped to the bug. You get a diff you can review before merging, so nothing lands in your main branch without your approval.
My app is React Native or Kotlin, not Flutter. Can you still help?
Flutter, Swift and Kotlin are my daily stacks and I handle native Java and Objective-C too. Send the repo before ordering and I will confirm honestly whether it is something I should take on.
