About this Gig
Onboarding can be complicated and time-consuming. Some employers sometimes overlook conducting a proper references check in order to identify possible issues or gaps, which can affect an organization by not hiring a good fit for a role.
During this gig, I will contact references provided by client in order to ensure they are hiring the right fit. During each contact, I will conduct intuitive, in-depth, and specific questions to ensure that the employer has the "right fit" for the company.
I will tailor specific questions to cross-check the data that the candidate has provided, in order to generate a clear picture of who is being hired. As well, I will add any areas or questions of interest for the employer, to provide a wholesome output.
**Additional to contacting references, I will conduct a social media check/sweep for any issues that could have a negative impact on the organization and brand awareness. This applies to certain gig packages, please review and ask questions before you book me!
At the end of the engagement, I will furnish a full report of the outcome of each contact and a recommendation to continue onboarding.

How do you conduct your references checks?
The client will provide the list of references that the candidate presented. I will perform an interview with the reference to go in-depth over the candidate's experience, skills, previous work, and general culture fit. I will furnish a full report with findings and recommendations.
How would you be contacting the references from the new employee?
All contacting to references will be done via Zoom, Google Meets, or via business phone number during regular business hours or weekends.
What is a social media sweep?
A social media sweep will be a discrete background check on the new employee's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, ect.) to ensure professionalism, skills, and proper business image. This reduces risks by hiring unfit candidates or harmful impact to a brand.
In what languages can you provide this service?
I am fully bilingual English-Spanish native speaker/writer.
Can you check specific details and create custom background check questions?
Yes! I will tailor my background check with the references provided and will be able to customize the questions for each client.
Can you provide samples of your previous orders?
No. Every report and material is proprietary and customized exclusively for each client.
