You get both. If I’m building your app, I’m also hardening the database and securing the APIs. If I’m auditing your app, I’m providing the actual code fixes, not just a list of problems.

Yes, for development projects, you get clean, commented code. For security audits, you receive a PDF report detailing vulnerabilities, their severity (Low/Medium/High), and step-by-step remediation instructions.
