Turning Ideas Into Manufacturing Ready PCB Designs
About this Gig
Need a reliable PCB services for your guitar pedal? I design guitar and audio PCBs for pedal circuits, your schematic becomes a clean, professional, ready to fabricate circuit board.
If you are building a boost, overdrive, delay or full amplifier PCB I will take care of all the steps: schematic design, PCB layout, component placement and generation of gerber files for manufacturing.
My Expertise:
- Guitar pedal PCB and audio circuit de-sign (analog and digital)
- Analog circuit and amplifier circuit layout with proper low noise PCB grounding and shielding
- Audio electronics de-sign for pedals, preamps and audio amplifiers circuits
- Circuit de-sign and PCB schematic creation from your idea, reference or hand sketch
- Layout in KiCad PCB, Altium or your preferred software
- Multilayer PCB de-sign for more complex or ESP32 PCB de-sign / digital signal projects
- Enclosure de-sign guidance so your PCB board fits standard pedal housings
- PCB review service if you already have a layout that needs a second set eyes
Send me your circuit idea, existing schematic or reference pedal and lets turn it into a real working audio effect board.
FAQ
Do you need to provide a schematic, or can I help design one?
A schematic is ideal, even a rough hand-drawn one, but it's not required. If you only have an idea, reference pedal, or partial circuit, I can handle the schematic design from scratch before moving into PCB layout. Either way, you'll get a clean, accurate guitar pedal PCB ready for fabrication.
What software do I use, and can you request a specific one?
I primarily design in KiCad PCB, but I can also work in Altium on request. All final files are delivered as manufacturing-ready gerber files compatible with JLCPCB, PCBWay, and OSH Park, so you can order boards from whichever fab house you prefer.
Your circuit is noisy or has grounding issues, can I fix that?
Yes. Noise and hum are common in audio circuit and amplifier PCB builds, usually from poor grounding, trace routing, or shielding. I apply low noise PCB design practices, proper ground planes, and signal isolation to keep your audio electronics clean, and I also offer a standalone PCB review service
