Yes. On any order of 250+ patches sized between 3" and 4", digitizing is completely free. You only pay for the patch production itself, no separate embroidery digitizing fee.

The 250+ threshold applies per custom patch design. If you need multiple different designs, each design needs to hit 250+ units on its own to qualify for free embroidery digitizing on that specific design.

The free offer is specific to the 3"–4" size range, since that's the standard size where stitch count and digitizing complexity stay predictable. Outside that range, standard digitizing rates apply, happy to quote those separately.

Digitizing is charged separately at standard rates, but it's a one-time fee, you can reorder the same design for patch production anytime afterward without paying for digitizing again.

The free digitizing offer applies specifically to embroidered patches, since that's the format requiring digitizing in the first place. PVC, printed and chenille patches use different production processes, let me know your patch type and I'll confirm.

Digitizing is completed first, and you'll receive a preview before mass production begins, so you can approve the design before it goes to full run.

Minor revisions (thread color, placement, small detail adjustments) are included. Major redesigns after production has started may involve a redo, so it helps to lock in details before we proceed.

A clear image (vector, PNG, or even a decent-quality photo/sketch) is enough, I'll clean it up and convert it into a production-ready embroidery file myself.

Some designs may need slight simplification to translate well into embroidery at 3"–4" size, I'll flag this during the proofing stage so nothing gets lost in the stitch-out.
