What is the difference between VA and PT?
Vulnerability Assessment (VA) is an automated scan to find known security gaps. Penetration Testing (PT) is a manual, deep-dive attack to exploit those gaps and see how far a hacker could get. My Standard and Premium packages include both for maximum security.
What do you need from me to start the testing?
I need the URL of your web application or the IP addresses of your network. If the application requires a login, I will need a set of test credentials (non-admin preferred) to check for vulnerabilities inside the user dashboard.
Will the penetration test cause any downtime for my website?
In most cases, no. I perform tests carefully to avoid any disruption. However, if your environment is very sensitive, it is always recommended to perform the test on a staging or development server.
Do you provide a professional report?
Yes! Every package includes a detailed PDF report. It covers the vulnerabilities found, their risk level (Critical, High, Medium, Low), and step-by-step instructions (Remediation Guide) for your developers to fix them.
