Before starting, we will ask you to provide your high poly mesh in OBJ, FBX or ZBR format. It could be a sculpt from Zbrush, Blender, or any other scuplting program. From that, we'll start a retopology process, and create a lower poly version, with all quads, and a clean mesh.
