If we are at an early illustration stage and you like to change the style or do in a different format we can change the approach until you are happy. If you are not convinced, I will refund you. If you want to redo the animation after the project is complete, there will be additional charges.

Some infographic video need character to convey the message. We can use characters whenever necessary. Do let me know if you need a character based infographic video.

You can suggest changes at every stage. Also you can ask for changes and do in a different format and we can change until it works for you. Once you approve a stage and we move to the next stage, changes to previous stages will be chargeable. Number of free revisions mentioned on each gig packages.

As you can see from the portfolio, we have done animation in many different languages. We can add subtitles of your choice of language over the animations. We can also create the animation in different languages, simply drop us a message to inquire further on your exact needs.

We have a 3 days windows defined by fiverr to request reviews. If we don't hear in that time the order gets auto completed. But don't worry. I got you covered. You can claim your revisions within 14 days of first delivery.

We use all royalty paid and commercial resources. If you purchase the voiceovers extra, we normally provide the voiceover with commercial licence which is great for promotional purpose in non paid channels. For broadcasting rights or promoting video in a paid TV/Radio/internet, contact me first.
