No, everything works on free Gmail accounts. Google Workspace (business) accounts unlock a few extras like higher email quotas, and I'll tell you if your project hits a limit.
What do you need to start?
A copy of your spreadsheet (or a version with fake data) and a description of the workflow. I never need your Google password — you'll add the script yourself or grant editor access to a copy.
Will the automation keep working after delivery?
Yes, scripts run on Google's servers under your account. I include setup instructions, and you can add the 30-day support extra for peace of mind.
Can you improve or fix an existing script?
Yes, debugging and extending existing Apps Script is a common request. Message me the code or sheet first.
