I am formatting for kindle (mobi files) and for all other e-readers (epub)
Do you add clickable table of contents?
Yes, I am adding clickable table of contents.
Will you upload file for publishing using author's account?
No, I am not uploading any files to publishing websites, that is author's job.
Will I get only mobi file back or something else too?
You will get formatted word document for kindle, mobi file and epub.
What file goes to kindle device?
Mobi file goes directly to kindle device or kindle previewer, and epub file goes to any other e-reader or previewer. For uploading on KDP, use epub as they don't support mobi files anymore.
Will you check book after formatting?
Yeah, I will check book on kindle paperwhite.
How are you formatting books?
I am formatting books in word documents, then convert them to mobi/epub
Can you work with pages?
No, I can't work with pages as I don't have Mac. I am only working with word documents
Can you format book in InDesign?
No, I am not formatting books in InDesign, only in Word

Thank you this was very prompt. I had to accept to remove the watermark on the jpeg. Are there water marks on the epub file? I have to upload it on Amazon to view it. My laptop won't open that file type. therefore, I cannot check it until Kindle processes, which may take up to 12 hours.
