Are you making covers?
No, I am not making covers. That job is for "Cover Designers". I am only formatting them if needed
Can you format cover for publishing (Front+Spine+Back)?
Yes, I can do that based on templates on publishing websites.
Are prices based on number of pages after formatting or before?
Prices are based on number of pages on Letter sized page (8.5x11) or A4. That is default size for word documents. So if you have 50 pages in letter size page, price will be for that, no matter if number of pages increase during formatting.
In what software are you formatting books?
I am formatting all books in Microsoft Word. So if you have pages, or similar, please transfer it to word document, so I can open it.
What means error "We removed non-printable mark-up from your document" on CreateSpace?
That means that CreateSpace removed hyperlinks from Table of Contents or any other links in the book. So you can ignore that error. Book looks same as before, just you can't click on hyperlinks anymore. But, who can click on links in printed book anyway :)
Will you upload file for printing using author's account?
No, I am not uploading any files to printing websites, that is author's job.
Can you format book in InDesign?
No, I am not formatting books in InDesign, only in Word
