THE PIC NEEDS TO BE CLEAR, I CANT WORK WITH BLURRY IMAGES. WHATEVER YOU SEND THAT'S WHAT I CARTOON, IF THE PIC IS CUT OFF AT THE WAIST I WILL NOT ADD LEGS OR SHOES TO COMPLETE THE IMAGE.
