I’ll connect to your computer using a safe tool called AnyDesk or TeamViewer. You’ll see everything I do on your screen, and you can stop the session anytime.
Is it safe to let someone connect to my computer?
Yes. You stay in full control. I can only work while you allow access, and you can disconnect anytime. No personal files are touched.
Do I need to come anywhere or give my computer to you?
No. Everything is done online through a secure connection while you sit at home.
What types of computers do you fix?

What if the problem comes back after you fix it?
You can contact me again within the delivery period or revision window, and I’ll check it for you at no extra cost.
How long will it take to fix my issue?
