FAQ
Will it make things up?
No. Every answer comes from your documents and shows which one it came from. If the answer isn't in your files, it says so instead of guessing. This is the main difference between a real retrieval system and a ChatGPT wrapper.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your documents stay in your own storage or account. I sign an NDA on request and delete everything on my side once the project is handed over.
What file types can it read?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, CSV, and public web pages. Scanned documents work too, though very poor scans may need cleanup first.
Can I add more documents later without hiring you again?
Yes. I show you how during handover. Adding files is a simple upload, not a rebuild.
Will there be ongoing costs?
The chatbot uses an AI model API (OpenAI, Gemini or Claude), billed to your own account and typically a few dollars a month at normal usage. Hosting is free on the tiers most buyers need. No fees to me after delivery.
Can you put it on my website or Slack?
Yes. A website widget is included in Standard and Premium. Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp are possible, so message me first so I can scope it.
