What is RAG and why does it matter?
Retrieval-augmented generation lets Claude pull from YOUR docs before answering, so it gives accurate, source-cited responses instead of generic AI guesses or hallucinations.
What content formats can you index?
PDFs, markdown, HTML, plain text, Notion exports, Google Docs exports, database rows, and most API-accessible content. If it is structured text, I can index it.
How do you handle hallucinations?
Every answer cites the source chunk it came from. If the answer is not in your data, the chatbot says so instead of guessing. Premium tier adds eval scripts to catch drift.
Can you build the full app around the chatbot, not just the chatbot?
Yes. I am a full-stack engineer (Next.js, Supabase, Python). I can deliver the dashboard, admin panel, or the full product wrapper around the chatbot.
What about ongoing maintenance after delivery?
Premium tier includes 30 days of support. After that, monthly retainer or hourly project rates. I prefer long-term retainers with clients I have already worked with.
