How do you tailor my plans?
Upon signing up, you'll have to fill out a detailed questionnaire. Based on your responses, I'll craft your personalized plan that are tailored to your unique needs and goals. This individualized approach ensures that the plans you receive are perfectly suited to help you achieve optimal results.
Difference between the 3 packages?
The difference lies in the duration only. The Foundation Pack is for Beginner who are new to Fitness. The Progression Pack is for people who are familiarized with fitness and want personalized plans. Whereas the Transformation Pack contains more comprehensive support with one-on-one sessions.
I don't have access to a gym, is this a problem?
Although visiting a gym will produce the fastest results, I can also create a tailored bodyweight/calisthenics/barbell or dumbbell only plan that will still get you in peak shape.
Will my busy schedule be a problem?
No, I plan your workout routine based on your schedule. I make sure you have enough time for work, family, going to the gym, and being able to recover properly.
