Yes, in general, your fillable PDF can also be used on tablets and phones. However, some PDF reader softwares for phones and tablets might lack advanced features which makes these features only available on computers/laptops. Contact me now to clarify your individual situation.

Form user can expand and contract text fields, add/remove rows of tables, show and hide sections of the form, etc. These forms can NOT be viewed/filled on a mobile device and works well only on Windows through Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat.
