A: I just need the URL of your website, or the APK/TestFlight link (or app store link) for your mobile app. If your site or app requires login credentials or specific test scenarios, please share those as well.
Q2: What format will the final bug report be delivered in?
A: You will receive a clean, organized PDF or Excel spreadsheet. It will include detailed steps to reproduce each bug, severity levels, annotated screenshots, and screen recordings (depending on your chosen package).
Q3: Do you test on real mobile devices or emulators?
A: I perform all testing on real desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and real iOS and Android devices to ensure accurate, real-world user results.
Q4: Can you re-test bugs after my developer fixes them?
A: Yes! Re-testing is included in the Premium package or can be added as a custom gig extra for the Basic and Standard packages once your development team resolves the reported issues.
Q5: Can you test local/staging/development environments?
