Can I order a single-trade takeoff package for any CSI trade?
You can order a single-trade takeoff package for any single trade like roofing, flooring or painting etc. BUT, please note that this package is NOT for framing, drywall and MEPs even if the building area is less then 600 sq. ft
Does multi-trade takeoff package cover drywall, framing and MEP?
Yes, it does but the building area should be less than 950 sq. ft
What is MEP? Is it a single trade?
NO, these are three trades. 1) Mechanical (HVAC) 2) Electrical and 3) Plumbing
I'm confused about the packages what should I do?
