Yes, you need a free WhatsApp Business account linked to a phone number. I'll guide you through the full setup step by step , it takes less than 15 minutes and I handle all the technical configuration. You don't need any prior experience.
Will the bot sound robotic or like a real person?
With the Standard and Premium packages, the bot is powered by OpenAI GPT-4 which replies in natural, conversational language, not scripted menus.You can set the tone to match your brand: friendly, professional, casual, or formal. Most of my clients' customers don't even realize they're talking to AI
What happens when a customer asks something the bot doesn't know?
The bot is trained to recognize when it can't answer and smoothly hands the conversation over to you with an instant notification. No customer gets left hanging. You can also set a fallback message like "Let me connect you with our team" to keep it professional.
Do I need any coding or technical skills to manage the bot after delivery?
