Can you finish my half-built project instead of starting fresh?
Usually yes - send me the repo or a zip and I'll tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper. Sometimes rebuilding is, and I'll say so even though it's the smaller job for me.
Do I own the code?
Completely. You get the full source and the database. I don't hold anything back, there's no licence, and you can hire anyone to maintain it afterwards.
What does hosting cost after delivery?
Usually $0-20/month. I deploy to Vercel, Netlify or Railway - all have free tiers that comfortably handle a small team. I'll tell you the real number for your project before you order.
