What I Offer in Each Package:
Basic / Concept Design initial concept & sketches, layout planning, floor plan in CAD, front elevation.
Mid / Intermediate Package refined plan, 2-3 elevations, layout, roof plan, materials & finishes suggestions.
Premium Package full 3D photorealistic rendering (interior or exterior or both), walk‐through views / perspectives, material textures, lighting, shadows, visuals that help you see what the final build will look like.
Deliverables Across Packages:
CAD / PDF / DWG / JPG / PNG files as needed
Floor plans, elevation drawings, sections (in higher packages)
Material suggestions, finishes, colours
High resolution visualization for presentations or approvals (in Premium)

What information do you need from me to start?
I will need your site dimensions / land size, floor area, style preferences (modern, traditional, minimal, etc.), any reference images, elevations, budget constraints, and any special requirements (rooms, windows, materials). The more details, the more accurate the design and render.
What software do you use?
I use [AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / Blender / other] for design & 3D rendering. All deliverables can be provided in [PDF / DWG / JPEG / PNG / source format].
Do I get full rights / ownership of the final design / rendering?
Yes. Once delivered and finalized, you will receive full ownership and rights for commercial or personal use, including source files (in Standard / Premium packages).
Can you handle interior rendering as well as exterior?
Yes — in my Premium package I include photorealistic renderings which can cover both exterior & interior views. Send me references so I can match your desired style.
How many revisions are allowed?
Basic package includes 2 revisions, Standard 3, Premium typically includes more (3-4) on major changes. Minor tweaks are always welcome until you are happy.
What if I want both interior & exterior renderings plus multiple angles?
You can order the Premium package and also add “Extra Views” as an add-on to cover additional angles or interior views. Pricing will adjust accordingly.
