Will this work if I don't use Apollo or Clay?
Yes. I build around your existing stack. Tell me what you have — Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Snov, plain Google Sheets — and I'll architect the pipeline around it. The deliverable is the same: clean enriched leads in your destination tool.
How is this different from a Zapier setup?
Zapier breaks at scale, charges per task, and fails silently. n8n self-hosts, costs near zero in tasks, handles error retries and sub-workflows, and gives you full control. For lead pipelines doing 1,000+ leads a week, the cost difference is huge.
Can you connect this to Instantly or Smartlead for cold email?
Yes — Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, and HeyReach are all common destinations I push enriched leads to. Pipeline can also auto-pause sending if your bounce rate creeps up, which most basic setups miss.
Do you handle LinkedIn Sales Navigator scraping safely?
Yes. I use proxy rotation, throttling, and session warmup so your account stays in good standing. Volume guidance: 50-100 profiles per day per account is the safe lane. I'll set conservative defaults.
What CRMs can you sync leads into?

Will I be able to run this myself after delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes a Loom walkthrough showing how each node works, what to do when something breaks, and how to extend the pipeline. You don't need to learn n8n — just know how to click "Execute" and read errors.
Can you scrape Google Maps for local business leads?
Yes. Google Maps scraping is a common Basic-tier deliverable: business name, address, phone, website, category, then enriched with owner email if findable. Useful for local SEO agencies and B2B services targeting SMBs.
What if the workflow breaks two months from now?
Premium tier includes 30 days of free fixes. After that, I offer a flat $40 maintenance check or you can DM me for quick fixes. Most pipelines run for 6+ months without issue once the upstream tools stay stable.
