I will design 3D printable STL files for 3D printing and prototyping. You will receive a print-ready STL/STEP model with clean geometry and high accuracy, suitable for both functional parts and product prototypes.
With 10+ years of engineering & product design experience, I create models that are:
- Watertight/ manifold (no holes, no mesh errors)
- Optimized for smooth printing (FDM & Resin)
- Dimensionally accurate with tolerances (if needed)
- Manufacturable and professional CAD quality

I can deliver STL (3D printing), STEP, IGES, 3MF, DXF, DWG depending on your requirement. STL is included by default for 3D printing.
Will the model be ready for 3D printing?
Yes! I deliver watertight, clean, and print-ready STL files, optimized to avoid common print issues (non-manifold edges, holes, bad normals).
Can you create a 3D model from a sketch or image?
Yes! I can create a 3D model from hand sketches, reference images, screenshots, or rough drawings, as long as you provide basic dimensions or size estimates.
Can you do characters & organic shaped models?
Yes! I can make custom character models & organic shapes as well, all I will need is a reference & size guide.
Can you make 3D Printable Flexi models?
Yes, I can make 3d printable flexi models based on your design requirements.
Can you design functional mechanical parts with tolerance?
Absolutely! If your model needs fitting (caps, joints, enclosures, brackets), I can apply tolerances and provide guidance based on your printer type and use case.
Do you fix or repair broken STL files?
Yes! I can repair STL files (holes, mesh errors, surface issues) and re-export them for reliable 3D printing.
What if my project is complex (assembly / multiple parts)?
No problem. For complex projects, I recommend messaging me first so I can suggest the best package, timeline, and deliverables.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions depend on the package. Revisions cover minor changes (small shape edits, adjustments, tolerances). Major concept redesigns may require an extra gig add-on.
