FAQ
What file do I need to send you?
You can send any image format such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or even a photo taken on your phone. The file does not have to be high quality. As long as the design is visible, I can work with it.
What if my image is blurry or low resolution?
No problem at all. I manually trace every detail by hand, which means I can work with blurry, pixelated, or damaged images. I will reconstruct the shapes and make it look sharp and professional.
Do you use auto-trace or manual tracing?
100% manual tracing always. I never use auto-trace tools because they produce rough, inaccurate paths. Every anchor point is placed by hand to ensure a clean, smooth, and accurate result.
Will the vector file be fully editable?
No problem at all. I manually trace every detail by hand, which means I can work with blurry, pixelated, or damaged images. I will reconstruct the shapes and make it look sharp and professional.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. If anything does not look right, just point it out and I will fix it, no questions asked, no extra charge.
How long does it take to deliver?
Most orders are completed and delivered within 24 hours. Complex or highly detailed designs may take a bit longer. If you need it urgently, message me before ordering and I will let you know if rush delivery is possible.
Can I use the vector file for commercial purposes?
Yes. Once the project is delivered and complete, full commercial rights are transferred to you. You can use the file for print, merchandise, branding, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I offer unlimited revisions just tell me what needs to change and I will fix it right away. I do not consider a project done until you are genuinely happy with it.
Which file formats will I receive?
Every package has it's specific files. Basic Package has AI, PDF, JPG and PNG. Standard has SVG as additional and lastly the Premium package has all the files including EPS file.
