I will create a mobile tracking system android app

The tracking system available throughout the world are highly expensive because of tracking devices. In the modern age, Mobile phones can also work as tracking systems. To track a user, the app needs to install on his phone and need access location permission. Geofencing is a modern tracking system in which a user is tracked to a specific area (custom radius i.e. 500 m). When the user enters that range, moves inside, or leave the circular geofence a notification or any action can be performed.
