What does the Basic package include?
I will fix one simple SMTP or contact form notification configuration issue on one WordPress website using your existing email service. Testing is included. New integrations and custom code repairs require a different package or quote.
Can you fix WooCommerce emails not sending?
Yes, I can troubleshoot customer and admin order notifications. Standard includes connecting one SMTP provider and testing up to three notification types. Issues caused by custom code need a separate assessment.
Which WordPress contact forms do you support?
I support Contact Form 7, WPForms and Elementor Forms. If you use another plugin, send me its name and the error before ordering so I can confirm whether I can help.
What access do you need?
I usually need temporary WordPress administrator access. Depending on the issue, delegated hosting, DNS or email-provider access may also be required. Please do not share your main email password.
Will my emails always reach the inbox?
Inbox placement cannot be guaranteed. I will configure and test the agreed email sending setup. Delivery also depends on your provider, sender reputation, message content and recipient filters.
Are paid plugins or email services included?
No. Package prices cover my work. Any required paid plugin, hosting upgrade or email-provider subscription is purchased separately by you. I will discuss any required costs before proceeding.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed fix on the same website. Additional websites, new features, different providers and unrelated issues require a separate order or custom offer.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your website URL, the affected form or notification, and an error screenshot if available. I will review the details and confirm the appropriate package before you order.
