I am a Gold Medalist Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA systems. I proudly developed Pakistans first industrial automatic coil winding machine, contributing to advanced manufacturing automation in the country.

My work in industrial automation led to my selection among the Top 18 Innovators by Citadel at the World Economic Forum (Davos, Switzerland), recognizing my innovation and impact in smart industrial systems.

I have successfully converted a large powder coating pretreatment plant from a fully manual process into a complex, fully automated system. This project included complete 3D CAD modeling and rendering in SolidWorks, complex algorithm and ladder logic design, HMI development, Delta ES2 PLC programming with three expansion modules, DCS development, custom operator interface panel design, and full testing and commissioning. The result was a 2× increase in production and 1.5× improvement in quality at Sky Power Factory.
