A: I only access what's needed to fix the issue. I don't open, read, or copy personal files. You can also close any personal windows before the session starts.
Q: Do I need to be present during the session?
A: Yes, ideally — you'll need to grant remote access. But you don't need to sit and watch the whole time; I'll message you when it's done.
Q: Will this work if my PC is really old?
A: In most cases, yes — a deep clean helps even older machines. If your hardware is failing (not a software issue), I'll tell you honestly instead of taking your money for something that won't help.
Q: What if the problem comes back?
A: Basic and Standard don't include follow-up, but Premium includes 7 days of follow-up support. You can also message me anytime for a quick check.
Q: Do you offer video calls?
A: No — all sessions are voice and screen-share only. This keeps things fast and focused on your screen, not on cameras.
