Time is tracked transparently in 15-minute increments. Once we agree on the scope of work, I will log the time spent on architecture, configuration, or troubleshooting. What happens if my request takes longer than the hours I purchased?
I will always provide a time estimate before starting the work. If we get under the hood and discover that the org requires more complex configurations than initially expected, I will pause and communicate with you immediately. You can then choose to purchase an additional block of hours or scale ba
Will I need to provide a login to my Salesforce Org?
Yes. I will need either a dedicated System Administrator login (preferably in a Sandbox environment first for complex builds) or access via a secure screen-share session. I am fully accustomed to signing NDAs and securely managing credentials to protect your business data.
