I will do real estate cold calling, appointment setting

I'll call numbers and find out the interested people who want to sell their property to get the full market value by listing with a realtor or if they are interested in a discounted cash offer.

While calling I'll collect basic information about the property such as-

- Asking price

- house condition,

- renovation, 

- does the property need any repairs, 

- how old are the roof and AC, 

- currently who is living,

- the motivation behind selling, and

- how soon they want to sell the property etc.

I'll set up appointments for you to discuss with the qualified leads so that your only job will be closing the deal.

I'm available to work 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly. I would like to start with a $5 per hour. Feel free to discuss any queries.
