What exactly do you need from me to start the 3D rendering process?
To ensure absolute precision, I need your 2D floor plans or elevations (AutoCAD, PDF, or a detailed hand sketch with measurements). I also need a few reference images or a mood board showing the style, materials, and lighting atmosphere you want to achieve
I only have raw dimensions of an empty room/lot. Can you design the actual space for me?
Absolutely. I am an Architectural Designer, not just a 3D modeler. If you don't have a pre-existing design, I will conceptualize the spatial layout, select the materials, and design the architectural elements before we move into the final photorealistic rendering phase.
Do you provide the 3D source files?
Yes. The 3ds Max source file is included automatically in the "Premium" package. If you are ordering the Basic or Standard package, the source file can easily be added as a gig extra during checkout
What software do you use to achieve this level of realism?
I build the structural geometry using AutoCAD and 3ds Max. For the photorealistic materials and atmospheric lighting, I render using industry-standard engines (V-Ray\lumion), followed by professional post-production color grading.
How do revisions work? I want to make sure the angle is right.
I do not guess. Before I execute the final high-resolution render, I will send you a preliminary "clay" or draft render. This allows you to review the exact camera angle, spatial proportions, and natural lighting setup so we can make adjustments before the final high-fidelity output.
