Bookkeeper Accounting Support Spreadsheet Development
About this Gig
Years of bank statements, receipts, invoices, and financial PDFs can become difficult to use when files are scattered, inconsistently named, duplicated, or stored without a clear structure.
I organize existing digital financial documents for small and medium-sized businesses into a consistent, easy-to-navigate archive.
Depending on scope, I can:
- Sort and categorize financial documents
- Create folders by year, month, account, vendor, or document type
- Rename files using a consistent naming system
- Organize statements, receipts, invoices, payroll reports, and other financial records
- Identify and separate duplicate files
- Create an archive index or file map where included
- Provide a naming convention for future records
This service is for digital files only. It does not include scanning paper records, bookkeeping reconstruction, tax preparation, or accounting review.

FAQ
What types of documents can you organize?
I can organize digital bank and credit-card statements, receipts, invoices, vendor bills, payroll reports, loan documents, tax documents, merchant reports, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other existing financial records.
Do you work with paper records?
No. This Fiverr service is for digital documents only. It does not include physical document pickup, paper filing, scanning, mailing, or storage of paper records.
How should I send the files?
Files may be provided through Fiverr-supported delivery or an approved shared cloud folder when appropriate. Please provide the complete intended document set before work begins whenever practical.
How many files are included?
Basic covers approximately 100 files and Standard approximately 300. These are scope estimates, not absolute limits regardless of complexity. Poor naming, duplication, or files requiring individual review may require a custom quote.
Can you rename my financial documents?
Yes. Consistent file renaming is included according to the package scope. Files can be standardized using an agreed naming convention designed to make future retrieval and filing easier.
Can you organize several years of records?
Yes. Multi-year organization is included within Standard when the volume and complexity fit the package. Larger historical archives can be reviewed and quoted as a custom project.
Can you identify duplicate files?
Yes. Duplicate identification is included with Standard where applicable. Files can be separated or organized according to the agreed project structure rather than silently deleted.
Can you organize records for my CPA?
Yes. I can organize existing digital financial documents into a clear archive for delivery to your CPA or tax professional. This service does not include reviewing the documents for tax or bookkeeping accuracy.
Will you review my documents for bookkeeping accuracy?
No. This Gig organizes existing financial documents. It does not verify bookkeeping accuracy, correct accounting records, prepare taxes, or determine whether individual transactions were recorded properly.
What happens if a file cannot be identified?
I will not guess when a file cannot reasonably be categorized. Unidentified documents can be placed in an appropriate review or uncategorized folder and identified in the project summary where applicable.
