What materials and surface treatments do you provide？
We are experts in Aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024) and Copper/Brass. We also machine engineering plastics like FR-4 and POM. For finishing, we offer sandblasting, professional anodizing (multiple colors), polishing, and powder coating.
What is the typical tolerance you can achieve?
Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.05mm. For critical dimensions, we can achieve up to ±0.01mm depending on the part geometry and material. Please specify your requirements in your 2D drawings.
Do you accept small batch production or only prototypes?
Both! We are highly flexible. We can handle single-unit rapid prototyping to help you test your design, as well as mid-volume production runs (10 to 500+ pieces) for your market launch.
