Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account already?
No. I will walk you through creating a Meta Business account and connecting your number. It is free, and the account stays in your name, not mine.
Is this the official WhatsApp API or an unofficial bot?
Official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta. Unofficial libraries that drive WhatsApp Web are cheaper, and they work right up until Meta bans your number. I will not build you one.
Can it send messages to customers automatically?
Within 24 hours of their last message, yes, freely. Outside that window WhatsApp requires a pre-approved template and approval takes a few days. I will set the templates up with you.
Will I own the code and the accounts?
Yes. Code, credentials and hosting all sit in your accounts. You can hand it to any developer later. Nothing is locked to me.
Can it connect to my CRM, Shopify or database?
Yes, that is the Premium package. Google Sheets, Airtable, Shopify, Postgres and most REST APIs. Tell me which system before you order and I will confirm it is possible.
My number is already on the WhatsApp Business app. Is that a problem?
It has to be removed from the app first, because one number cannot be on the app and the Cloud API at the same time. It takes a few minutes and I will show you how.
Does extra fast delivery cover Meta approvals?
It covers my build time. WhatsApp verification and template approval are done by Meta on their own schedule, usually 1 to 3 days, and nobody can shorten that. If your account is already verified, extra fast applies to the whole job.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to what we agreed: message wording, sheet columns, reply logic, small flow adjustments. New features, extra integrations or a different platform are a new order, and I will quote before doing anything.
