What do you need to get started?
I would need a website link and Joomla admin logins along with details about the issue. I may also need FTP or Cpanel logins in case the issue is related to the website being down or a 500 internal server error.
Who provides the premium extensions or templates?
If the extensions or the template needs to be upgraded as part of the Joomla CMS, the buyer is responsible to provide the files of the latest version of the premium(paid) extensions or template. I will provide the list after investigate into you site.
How does the revision process work?
I offer unlimited revisions for each package, which means that I will work on your website until you are completely satisfied with the result.
