Please provide all information available at least 24–48 hours in advance. This allows me to study specific terminology and ensure the highest accuracy. (请至少提前24-48小时提供所有相关背景资料。这能让我提前熟悉专业术语，确保翻译的高准确度。)
Which platform do you use for remote interpretation? (你支持哪些远程会议平台？)

What happens if the meeting runs over the scheduled time? (如果会议超时了怎么办？)
If the meeting runs over by more than 10 minutes, additional time will be billed in 30-minute increments based on my hourly rate. ($25 per 30 minutes). Please check with me during the meeting if my schedule allows for an extension. (如果会议超时超过10分钟，超出部分将按我的时薪以每30分钟为单位计费（$25)。超时前请确认我当天的日程是否允许延长。)
